APPENDIX II: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
You agree to compensate RBL Consulting, Inc. for the business development and sale of your goods and/ or services as follows:
A weekly retainer, at a discounted rate of $75 per hour, payable weekly. This retainer is compensation for our lead generation, relationship development, and relationship management efforts; for the purpose of converting those leads into sales revenue for you.
The following Initial Commission is due upon the monetization of business secured by the CONSULTANT’s efforts, and residual commissions (as the CLIENT/ TARGET relationship continues) are due in years 2, 3, 4, and 5 as follows, by industry:

Documentation
Our efforts demand significant involvement by you, your consultants, contractors, partners, interns, and any other staff. Therefore, total access to you, your organization, staff, files and financial records, policies and procedures, and any other pertinent information is to be made available to the CONSULTANT team upon request. Said information, where not publicly available, will be considered & held confidential by both parties.
Immediately required documents:
- Business plan, or other document which clearly outlines your goals for next 5 years
- Sales revenue, month by month, for the last 3 years
- Existing client/ customer data, including entity name, point of contact, industry, revenues, buying history,
- Marketing activities for the last 3 years
- Pricing data, including any changes (with explanation), for the last 3 years
- Product Development data for all products/ services
