APPENDIX III: COACHING & ADVISORY SERVICES

In order to be effective in our role of Coach/ Advisor, we require significant involvement by you, your consultants, contractors, partners, interns, and any other staff.  Therefore, total access to you, your organization, staff, files and financial records, policies and procedures, and any other pertinent information is to be made available to the CONSULTANT team upon request.  Said information, where not publicly available, will be considered & held confidential by both parties.

Immediately required documents:

• Business plan, or other document which clearly outlines your goals for next 5 years
• Sales revenue, month by month, for the last 3 years
• Existing client/ customer data, including entity name, point of contact, industry, revenues, buying history,
• Marketing activities for the last 3 years
• Pricing data, including any changes (with explanation), for the last 3 years
• Product Development data for all products/ services
